Savory Yoghurt smoothie with hint of Cumin and Mint

List of Ingredients
  • Half cup plain yoghurt or curd
  • Half cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of mint powder
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer with few pieces of ice if needed. Enjoy freshly blended gut friendly drink.

Apple & raisin Yogurt

List of Ingredients
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Raisins and Coriander Leaves for garnish
  • Pinch of mint powder
Cut an apple in small pieces, Mix with 2 cups of plain yogurt/ dahi. Add one tsp of honey and Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and Garnish with raisins and coriander leaves. Enjoy freshly made snack without any guilt.
